Shipping Policy

1. Carrier and Service Levels

All orders ship with our courier partner. You may choose Standard or Priority shipping at checkout, except that any package weighing 16 oz or more must ship Priority.

2. Eau de Parfum and Alcohol-Based Products

Our Perfume Extract and Eau de Parfum contain alcohol, and courier regulations require that orders containing 30ml or more travel by ground only. We are unable to ship Perfume Extract and Eau de Parfum to certain destinations. On some orders the shipping label may differ.

3. Tracking and Signature Confirmation

Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to its destination.

• Orders over $300: Signature confirmation is required, and we provide it at no charge. Someone must be available to sign on delivery, and we are not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered because no signature was provided.
• Orders of $300 or less: You may add signature confirmation for an additional fee. To arrange this, please email us with your order details.

If you have had parcels go missing in the past, please contact us before ordering so we can arrange signature confirmation.

4. Delays, Lost Parcels and Theft

Once your parcel is in the courier’s hands, delivery is outside our control, and we have no access to tracking information beyond what you can see yourself. If your parcel is delayed or stalled in transit, please contact your local post office.

We are unable to replace or refund parcels that are lost, stolen, or mishandled by the carrier, or parcels that tracking shows as delivered. If your parcel shows as delivered but has not arrived, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. If you believe it was stolen, we recommend filing a mail theft report. We are happy to help you start a missing-mail claim or ask the courier to trace the parcel, but any claim must be filed with the carrier.

5. Shipping Address

Labels are printed automatically from the address entered at checkout, so please check it carefully before you pay. If you spot an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it. We are not responsible for orders lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error, re-shipping fees will apply.

6. Forwarding Services

We do not permit third-party shipping or package-forwarding services. Orders sent to a forwarding address are not eligible for replacement, refund, or support in the event of damage, loss, or theft, and we are not responsible for the condition or arrival of any parcel once it reaches the forwarding company. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders we reasonably suspect will be sent through a forwarding service.
