How long will my perfume last?
Perfume oils “expiry period” varies due to many factors. Avoid being deceived, the terminology “expiry” – as that it is not usable, just that certain fragrance(s) notes may not be that evident compared to purchased. However, we do notice that certain blends of oils ages and develops well, becomes less volatile and emerges another complex and mystical hit with time. Notes with citrus, florals and fruity tend to fade first compared to woodsy and musky ones.
Place it away from heat and direct sunlight should last beyond a year. Your body chemistry and application frequency also affects, so do freshen periodically throughout the day as a refresher.
